We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  You must also email us BEFORE you post the hat or fascinator back for authorisation code. Please give your name order number and the reason for the return.  Item MUST be postmarked within the 7 day period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order (as the 7 day returns period will still apply), and we will resolve it as best we can. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We will NOT accept any returns without an authorisation code.

Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day. If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and next day delivery. If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this date so we can be sure you receive on time.
