This emerald and fuchsia headpiece is mounted with a matching headband. If you prefer a headband to match your hair, please make a note at check out what colour headband you want.

We make each hat to order just for you, we would prefer if you did not order for choice. If colour match is important to you please ask for free fabric swatch to be sent to you - this reduces returns and disappointment.   We can also make a custom design for you if you have something else in mind. 

RETURNS:
We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.  If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we will resolve it as best we can. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

COLOUR SAMPLES:
If you are needing an exact match, we can send you colour swatches free of charge, please email us with your address and colours and the designs that you like.  If you are in the US or outside UK samples will take about 10 days, 3-5 in the UK.

Once you purchase if you have a more unusual colour or haven’t had time to order samples, please send us a photo of your outfit in natural light so we can match it as best we can.

SHIPPING:
We ship everything within the UK special delivery. For international orders we use FedEx, UPS or DHL Express to the US and abroad.  Once marked as shipped it guarantees next day arrival in UK and 2-3 business days if you are in US or Europe and within 5 days elsewhere like Australia and New Zealand.
We do also combine shipping which should happen automatically if you think it hasn’t, please email us and we can check the prices.  If we notice an overpayment, we will automatically issue a refund for overage.
