This wedding fascinator is mounted with a headband. We will always try and match the fascinator colour to the headband. If the colour is unavailable or not suitable then we will default to the colour headband you have chosen in your order. 

Delivery Times
UK Customers: As this fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-10 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery. Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day.  If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and next day delivery (UK Customers only).

International Customers: Please don't forget that during busy periods dispatch time can be up to 10 days so please choose your shipment method accordingly.  We can ship this fascinator all over the world, and if you need it really fast we also offer 3 days Expedited service to most places in the world using UPS Express Service.  If you need your hat or fascinator quickly please use this option. If you hat or fascinator is too large to be shipped overseas using Royal Mail, the only option for shipping will be UPS expedited service. If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this when you select the Express Shipping option.

Unsure about colour? We send can send free colour samples anywhere in the world. Simply email us with colours and address. Samples can take a week to 10 days so be sure to ask early.

We do combine shipping even with our expedited service so if you have a friend who needs something it is only a couple of pounds more to include a second item.

RETURNS:
We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  You must also email us BEFORE you post the hat or fascinator back for authorisation code. Please give your name order number and the reason for the return.  Item MUST be postmarked within the 7 day period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order (as the 7 day returns period will still apply), and we will resolve it as best we can. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We will NOT accept any returns without an authorisation code.
