This hat is perfect for any special occasion like a wedding, bridal shower or ladies day at the races such as Royal Ascot, Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Oaks, and Melbourne Cup.

We make each hat to order and can add or change colours just email us with what you need.  We can also make a custom design for you if you have something else in mind.  

RETURNS:
We accept returns ONLY within 7 days of receipt.  You must also email us BEFORE you post the hat or fascinator back for authorisation code. Please give your name order number and the reason for the return.  Item MUST be postmarked within the 7 day period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your order (as the 7 day returns period will still apply), and we will resolve it as best we can. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We will NOT accept any returns without an authorisation code.

Despatch & Delivery Times UK Customers:

•  As your hat or fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-14 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery. Recorded delivery is 2-3 days, and Special Delivery is next day. 
• If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and next day delivery.
  
  
• If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this date so we can be sure you receive on time.

• As your hat or fascinator is made especially for you dispatch times range from 7-14 days (shorter in winter months) so please allow enough time for delivery.  We ship almost anywhere in the world, so please add another 5-6 days mailing time to your order.  We do also offer an to most places in the world using Fed Ex Express Service.  If you need your fascinator or hat urgently we do offer an express service which includes dispatch within 1 business day and 2-3 days (depending on location, except Australia NZ and Far East where anything quicker is very expensive).
• If you have a specific date that it needs to arrive by PLEASE state this date so we can be sure you receive on time.
• Customs and duties are your responsibility. By ordering you agree to pay these if applicable. EU customers note taxes are levied on any purchase over 150 EU, USA over 1000USD, Canada 20CD, and Australia 900AUD.
